自2023年以来，中国陆续出台或恢复各类免签政策，先后对法国、德国、澳大利亚等15个国家试行单方面免签政策，与泰国、新加坡、马来西亚等数十个国家互免签证，并将144小时过境免签政策适用范围增至37个口岸、54个国家。据悉，今年以来，上海邮轮口岸已有约2.1万人次的入境外籍旅客享受到各类免签政策红利，其中免签入境、邮轮15天免签入境和144小时过境免签的旅客占比超95%。
